I'm looking to buy a house which is why I am selling the boat. Boat has been professionally serviced and dry stored every year with Marine Services in Dolton IL. Entire cabin was steam cleaned this spring, as well as reupholstered last year. AC/HEAT was added in 2008. 22inch flat screen HDTV, DVD, Clarion CMD6(brand new this July), 4 new Clarion speakers last year. TV and DVD sound is wired into the stereo so you have surround sound!
